Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear, socks, and personalized/custom-made items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@moanakids.lk with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
